Don’t you just love to hear a good quote? Me too!
Never too late… I like that!
This one particularly inspired me because I’m in the upper decades of my life.
Of course I don’t need a quote to tell me I can do any thing at any time. I’m a rebel like that! The reminder is nice though. 😀
The purpose of the sunset image is not to symbolize the end of life, but a new beginning – right around the corner!
The thing we love about sunsets (beside their beauty and romance) is that there is always a sunrise!
A new day, a fresh start, another chance to be what you might have been.
I’m sure the significance of “what you might have been” is different for each of us.
It could be something like…
-a forgotten or sacrificed career opportunity
-weight loss or health goal that’s never been met
-or even a creative desire that’s never been fully expressed
(These are actually on my list of “what I might have been” and currently what I’m working on – however small the steps.)
Big or small, whatever you might have been… go ahead, get inspired and do it!
As long as we have breath in our body, “It is never too late to be what you might have been.” ~George Elliot
If you need a little help, I found this fun journal for self-exploration on my Amazon affiliate account called, Start Where You Are. (Click on the link or on the book image to go see it.)
It’s an Amazon Best Seller with over 400 reviews and the “Look Inside” feature shows you some of the art and journal prompts in the book.
Here’s to more inspiration!
